In an effort to capitalise on their recent good run and maintain their
fortunes , OnePlus is currently set to expand the company even bigger
than initially planned as it currently has plans to boost output and
production of their smartphones even more than before.
To achieve that, the company first of, is planning to increase their
internal headcount of staff members to a total of 1,500 employees by the
end year, while at the same time focusing on the successor to the
OnePlus One as well, which tentatively is most likely to go by the
moniker of the OnePlus Two. The device in question is predicted to make
its debut by third quarter of this year, and will undoubtedly feature
better hardware than its predecessor. For the record, the original
OnePlus sold in excess of over a million smartphones last year, with the
company planning to double, and even triple the number of shipments
this year, putting complete faith on the new smartphones to accomplish
that lofty goal.For the time being, there are no details yet on the new smartphones, though you can definitely expect information to trickle in as we approach the third quarter of the year, so be sure to stay tuned.
