The folks at Game Troopers are very busy these days. After the release of "Tiny Troopers" and "Make it rain: The love of Money", they will soon release Overkill 3 for Windows Phone and Windows. Overkill 3 is an action game and will make its debut on high end Windows devices first. But owners of budget devices need not worry as the developer has pledged to make Overkill 3 available for them later on. Overkill 3 is a game developed by Craneballs from the Czech Republic. It has recently been released on competing mobile platforms with excellent reviews. Game Troopers is working closely with Craneballs to port the game to the Windows platform. Currently under development, Overkill 3 should be published sometimes this month or in April. Game Troopers did not announce a date yet. While we wait for Overkill 3 to reach Windows Phone, here's a teaser video that may not help you wait patiently.
Game Troopers, the cross-platform developer behind popular "Tiny Troopers" and "Make it rain: The love of Money", published an update for both titles today. The changelog in the store does not say much about the bundled changes, but I got a detailed list changes and improvements from the Game Troopers. It's all about fixes and improvements. Oh and Game Troopers is on to something, but more on that later, maybe next week.

Game Troopers strikes again with a new game for Windows Phone. The second title is called Make it Rain: The Love of Money, a successful title on Apple store and Google play with a combined 6 million downloads. Game Troopers first title, Tiny Troopers, has garnered 2 millions download 5 weeks after its release for Windows phone and that number is growing according to the developer. Make it Rain: The Love for Money, is a fun and clever game. Where there is money, there's investment and some not-so legal possibilities. You start by swiping and watch the green notes pile up. The amount can reach the billions, "kili-billies, mega-billies, and beyond." However, to get these astronomical amount, you'll invest your money in "venture capital, loan sharking, or offshore drilling". In other words, keep investing or make such moves like buying off a federal judge or bribe the FBI. It's a fun game and a crazy one too. Since this is a Xbox title, your achievements are posted to the Xbox leaderboard. And you and your parents MUST watch this trailer before getting started:

Game Troopers is a new game publishing service that was launched yesterday with the objective to help developers quickly port their games from other platforms to Windows Phone and Windows platform. The company will, when needed, even do the coding so as to make the game run on Windows.
"We want to make it easy for developers to decide to bring their game to Window. It shouldn't add any extra stress for your team," said Nicholas Reville, co-founder of Game Troopers. Game Troopers is founded by Space Inch. Josh Segall, co-founder of Game Troopers and CEO of Space Inch believes "there's a huge amount of potential on Windows and lots of indie game developers don't have a plan to publish their game. We solve that for them." Space Inch have some successful titles available on Apple App store ad Google Play. One such titles, "The love of money" went to #1 overall in the app store this year. Another title, "Tiny Troopers" has more than a million download on Google Play.
